Prepare to test your lifting this coming week. Then we are on to the next training cycle. Even if you are new to the gym it will be good to test to see how far you have come in the few weeks you have been going and to see how strong you are currently. This will give you some goals to strive for in the future as well. If you are still not convinced about the weight lifting side of fitness give us four weeks to show you what it can do for your running and overall fitness. You will not regret it.
