As you prepare for you holiday we would also recommend that you plan a few morning training sessions. It doesn’t need to be fancy just some shuttle runs and bodyweight exercises will keep the wheels turning while you are away from the gym. It will keep you energized and fit during your holiday. We recommend doing your sessions in the morning as it will be easier to motivate yourself then and you will get it done before the rest of your family is up so it won’t cut into family time. Even try to get your family and friends involved to keep it fun and interesting. You only need to do 2-3 sessions per week and keep them to 30-45 min each. Look through the blog for workout ideas.
Note: Our Holiday Time Table is up on Facebook. We recommend you print it out and stick it on the fridge or save it to your phone.
