This weekend all Nationals athletes are helping Harlem on his site as he will be sponsoring us. This means there is no Comp Training Saturday at 10am. We still want you to train so book into the 8am or 9am class and get the partner wod done. It will be a real challenging wod both for fitness and communication. Make sure you turn up because you don’t want to miss this.
