It is always great to get positive feedback from members who follow our program. Glen Williamson is a regular in the lunchtime classes, you might remember him as the guy who always forgets his score on AMRAPs:) He came up and told me how much he is enjoying the program, it really pushes him every day and he is getting heaps out of that. He is starting to feel a lot stronger and fitter now. After being very sick last year and start of this year Glen hasn’t been training much but in that last few months he has started to come right. He is now back and training really hard and he is obviously starting to see the benefits again which is awesome to hear. Keep up the good work mate but start counting as that will be another tool to see how fit you are getting ay mate:)
