We are straight back into it with 6am and 5.30pm classes until Friday. We are sticking to the program outline we started in early December and seeing it through to the end of January. We are so excited to be back into training and are looking forward to seeing all of you back in the gym.
We want as many of you as possible to join in on the CrossFit Open this year. It is always a great opportunity to see where you are at with your fitness and it is a great time with heaps of other members. It is the first stepping stone for the best to qualify for regionals but for the rest of us, its a time to celebrate our community, our health and fitness improvements and maybe a little competition between friends.
If you want to join in on this online comp you can read all about it on games.crossfit.com. There will be a specific post on the CrossFit Open this week so you all know exactly what it is about.

*If you do not have a pull up bar handy try to find a place to do some type of body weight row movement. If no equipment is handy pick up something 20 times a heavy suitcase, bed, table, car anything really that will challenge you:)
