This Saturday we have both 8am and 9am classes for you to take on the Hero wod. And that will be our last class for 2017. Come on and finish the first full year with SPC off in style.
Everyone of you will know someone who is keen to start 2018 off with a roar. At SPC we make sure that fitness is not just a new years resolution. Every member will be taken care off and we strive to keep them onboard for the long term. Most people would keep training throughout the year if only they had someone to do it with, that is what we can offer at SPC. You don’t get to train alone for a couple of months until you can’t be bothered anymore. Here you get to train with fellow members and friends every day who will motivate you to keep coming in and make fitness part of your life. That is the way it should be.
